Focusing can be presented in many ways, but the clearest way is to say that it is a transformative technique of listening to others and especially to ourselves.
Focusing was developed in the world of psychological research in Chicago in the 1960s and has since been developing and taught as a living and changing language.

The Focusing Course, Year 1, is a foundational course for learning the Focusing Technique, for those for whom listening to internal processes is essential. Year 1 establishes the study of the technique, and in Year 2, it will be possible to learn and deepen the retention of the process for another person and receive a certificate of certification from the International Focusing Institute in New York.
