Things connect in the world: people, ideas, emotions, connect and become something new.

Sexuality has existed since life on this planet began to pulse. Focusing has been in place for over 60 years, as mental health professionals conducted courageous research in the field of therapy.

Focusing and Sexuality is a new crossing born out of a need: the sexual world's need for a delicate space capable of resolving emotional and marital dilemmas, without turning the issue into therapy.

Focusing meets our sexuality precisely in the places where it needs it most. Its ability to be present with intimate issues—physically, emotionally, and mentally—and to allow a refined listening to the very heart of the matter brings about deep change.

Our sexuality needs gentle human connection without pressure or quick fixes. Listening carefully to what it has to say, before rushing to solve anything, is key.

A somatic method like Focusing nurtures a safe therapeutic environment. Rather than being therapist-directed, Focusing empowers the client to lead, following their own internal rhythm and boundaries as a guiding framework.
